5. WiFi Connection Assistance: If encountering difficulty connecting to WiFi, ensure that both your phone and camera are on the same network system during the initial setup. Technical support is available if further assistance is needed.

6. Alarm Information Handling: Alarm information is recorded on the Micro SD Card and displayed on the mobile device. Once read, the phone's alarm information is removed. It's recommended to save alarm photos to your phone.

7. Onvif and NVR Compatibility: The camera uses its proprietary design software, focusing primarily on phone remote monitoring. As of now, it does not support Onvif and NVR connectivity.
