At Gear GlowUp, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind.
If, upon receiving your item, you find it to be defective or damaged, we're here to make it right. Simply reach out to us at gearglowup@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we'll guide you through the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you provide proof of purchase along with your return request, your name, address and email.
Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you notice any defects or damages, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
If you're looking to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to return your order if it was defected or damaged within 14 days of receipt.Â
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
